CPD points and certification renewal

ITIL certifications require ongoing continuing professional development. Chapter events, speaking, mentoring and published case studies are all claimable activity, and we issue attendance records for every session.

Accredited training partners

Our Training Partner members are accredited organisations delivering courses in Bulgaria and online. Members receive preferential rates on their public schedules.

Study groups and mentoring

Peer study groups run ahead of major exam windows, and experienced practitioners mentor student and early-career members free of charge.

How chapter activity earns you points

ITIL certifications require continuing professional development to stay valid. These chapter activities are typically claimable — always check the current scheme rules.
