Who we are
An independent, member-driven chapter
itSMF Bulgaria is an independent, not-for-profit professional association run by volunteers. Our members are service desk managers, process owners, ITSM consultants, tooling specialists, delivery leads and students building a career in service management.
We are the officially recognised Bulgarian chapter of itSMF International, the global forum uniting more than 20 national chapters and thousands of practitioners worldwide. That affiliation gives our members access to global research, chapter-to-chapter exchange and internationally recognised good practice.
Everything we do is member-driven: our events, publications and special interest groups exist because members proposed and built them.
Mission
itSMF Bulgaria brings together the people who keep Bulgarian IT services running. As the national chapter of itSMF International, we advance the practice of IT Service Management through open knowledge sharing, professional development and a community where practitioners, leaders and academics learn from each other.
Vision
A Bulgarian IT sector where service management is a recognised profession — measured, taught and continuously improved — and where every organisation, from a five-person MSP to a global delivery centre, has a local peer network to learn from.
